Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50–100% of the service fee, depending on the service.

Late Arrival Policy

​

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled service. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened out of respect for the next guest, and the full fee will still apply.

Payment Policy

​

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuity is not included in service pricing but is appreciated.

Refund Policy
 

All services and gift card purchases are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Health & Safety Policy

​

Please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or if you are pregnant when booking. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Gift Card Policy

​

Gift cards are valid for services or retail purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
